Change Management for Learning & Development Professionals
Traditionally, L&D teams only engaged in the training component of facilitating change. As change is not a choice anymore, L&D Teams are required to be on the front foot and orchestrate the Change Management Process. To do so, L&D must engage with the end to end change management process (before, during and after the change) and assume partnership role in the design, development and delivery of the process.
